LET’s GET TO WORK
We price our IT services using an hourly rate, and we charge in half-hour increments. We have three different hourly rates, based on the type of client. Travel time may apply, depending on location.
- NON-CONTRACT BUSINESSES: For businesses that prefer to use us only on an as-needed basis, with no proactive maintenance and monitoring, we charge our standard hourly rate.
- CONTRACT CLIENTS: For businesses on a yearly contract with a minimum agreement of 3 hours per month, we offer a 25 percent discount. Contract clients pay their agreed, contracted amount each month; overages (when applicable) are charged at the discounted contract rate. For some contracts, up to one unused hour may be accrued each month, up to 8 hours per year, and applied toward an on-site visit (which can help stabilize expenses).
- HOME USERS: While we don’t focus on home users, we are happy to help individuals with their computer and home-network needs as time permits. Our personal (home) rate is 50 percent off our business rate. Note that the personal rate is not applicable to home-based businesses.
We keep detailed logs of the time we spend working on your equipment. Our invoices reflect as many details as practical about our services and time utilization.
For new installs, network rebuilds or client acquisition, we generate a proposal of services and hardware based on a free site examination and needs consultation. For such situations, base pricing is provided on a flat-rate project basis, not by the hour.
Newspaper consulting projects are priced on a case-by-case basis, after consultation and project analysis. Please contact us for details.
Web design work is generally priced by the project, with updates and changes based on an hourly rate. Print design is billed by the hour. Please contact us for details.

We are based in the greater Greenville, South Carolina area. We serve business customers throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. We serve home-based customers in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson area of South Carolina.
➤ WORK HOURS
We work with our customers to minimize their downtime. In many cases, major installs or upgrades can be scheduled for weekends.
